1) Entrance and stay at the racetrack
a) Entry and stay at the facility is subject to compliance with the laws in force on the date of the Event and the following General Purchase Conditions. It is strongly recommended to periodically consult the website www.misanocircuit.com on the page dedicated to the event and the related web-app downloadable from the site itself, for all the specific information on accessing the Circuit.
b) The control to access the racetrack will be carried out by means of barcode readers. It will be allowed to go out and re-enter the circuit up to a maximum of two times, beyond this limit the ticket will be invalidated. In order to be able to access the system again, it is essential to have the ticket enabled at the time of exit.
c) It is mandatory to keep the ticket for the duration of the event.
d) The ticket holder will have limited access to the areas shown on the ticket itself. Admission is allowed starting at 07:00 on Friday and Saturday, and from 06:00 on Sunday. Visitors must leave the venue by 19:30, except for areas where specific activities take place.
e) Inside the racetrack only pedestrian access is allowed (without vehicles) and it is not allowed to stay overnight inside.
f) It is strictly forbidden to enclose and delimit. It is forbidden to group in areas not specifically related to the ticket itself.
g) It is not possible to set up tents, gazebos and structures of any kind and in any case to camp and it is absolutely forbidden to bring animals.
h) It is strictly forbidden to introduce glass containers (bottles, glasses, etc.) or material deemed dangerous for the safety of people.
i) It is strictly forbidden to introduce any type of Drone and its use into the racetrack.
l) The times of the event will be available on the website www.misanocircuit.com on the dedicated page by downloading the “event program”.
2) Reduced 1st period
All purchases made by 15/02/2024 will be entitled to the reduced first period, first purchases and less spend (see the price column above)
3) Reduced 2nd period
All purchases made in the period from 16/02/2024 to 29/04/2024 will have the right to the reduced II period, first purchases and less spend (see the prices column above).
4) Reduced 3rd period
All purchases made in the period from 30/04/2023 to 03/07/2023 will be entitled to the reduced III period, first purchases and less spend (see the prices column above).
5) Reduced FM / U16 / FO is applied to the following types of public for access to Prato 1 “Kart Zone and Grandstand D”
a) Associates of the Italian Motorcycle Federation (FMI) and associates of the San Marino Motorcycle Federation (FSM), upon presentation of the valid name card both at the time of purchase and at the time of entry to the racetrack.
b) The Police (Carabinieri, State Police, Guardia di Finanza, Forest Guard, Army) upon presentation of the card and an identification document both at the time of purchase and upon entering the racetrack.
c) Minors born in the years 2008, 2009, 20010, 2011 upon presentation of an identity document, which must in any case be shown even when entering the circuit.
d) Owners of a disability between 34% and 73%, upon presentation of the official document certifying the disability both at the time of purchase and upon entering the racetrack together with the identity document.
The holder of the FM / U16 / FO Reduced ticket who does not meet the requirements or is unable to exhibit the documentation referred to in points a), b), c), d) above will not be able to enter the Autodrome until after having a “full” ticket.
6) Family promotion for children 0-12
Minors born after 1 January 2012, if accompanied by an adult who holds the ticket, can take advantage of the reduced ticket for children 0-12 for € 5,00 per day in the stands and € 1,00 per day on the lawn, subject to availability of seats . For greater clarity, the Family promotion offers the possibility of combining a single reduced ticket for children 0-12 with each adult ticket. The family promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and is applicable only to the price list in the various periods. Upon entering the racetrack it is necessary to present an identity document of the minor.
7) Areas equipped for disabled people
Will be set up, until availability, points enabled to accommodate people with disabilities. The person with a 74% disability percentage will be able to access for free after registering on the proper page of this website, then presenting the official document certifying the disability together with the identity card, at the time of entrance to the racetrack. Free access for the accompanying person will be allowed only if accompaniment is provided on the certificate of disability.
8) Ticket refunds
Tickets will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure or after the start of the event itself. The start of the event is the first entry on the track of the drivers foreseen by the daily program, regardless of the category. If due to the Covid 19 pandemic situation, the event is canceled in advance, or carried out partially or entirely without the presence of the public, the ticket will be refunded according to current legislation. If the event is postponed to a new date, again due to the Covid 19 pandemic situation, the tickets already purchased will remain valid or a refund may be requested, again in accordance with current legislation. Any reimbursement will be made exclusively for the amount of the ticket, excluding presale rights, commissions, shipping costs, VAT if due to the tax authorities, etc. etc. Furthermore Santa Monica S.p.A. is not responsible for any other claims, damages and losses incurred resulting from the cancellation / displacement of the event. In the event of a refund, the customer must keep the ticket and follow the instructions that will be published on the website www.misanocircuit.com and on the website of the ticketing circuit where the purchase was made. Under no circumstances will the ticket be refunded on the day of the event at the circuit box office.
9) Other clauses
Photographs and recordings must not be used or displayed for advertising, commercial or other purposes (except for private purposes) without the written consent of Dorna.
For greater clarity, it is acknowledged that the ticket holder grants Dorna, the Circuit and the subjects designated by them the right to use his image in broadcasts or reproductions of the event, recorded or live, including, by way of example , its rights of publicity and/or commercial exploitation on a worldwide basis and in perpetuity (including the right to license or sublicense to third parties with whom Dorna has entered into an agreement to produce any type of audiovisual work relating to MotoGP™ ). All rights to television, recording, photography and reproduction of the event are reserved to Dorna Sports S.L. (“Dorna”). The ticket holder undertakes not to bring, or induce others to take, any legal action against Dorna or the Circuit. The ticket holder undertakes to fulfill and adapt to the conditions established on this ticket and to the conditions for entering the circuit. Motorcycling can be a dangerous sport. The holder of this ticket waives any right or title to legal claims arising from an accident or damage occurring or suffered in conjunction with his presence at the Event. The Ticket Holder renounces all rights/claims that may arise now or in the future, and is released from all liability and undertakes not to sue and undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, Dorna, IRTA, promoter of the circuit or any other entity connected to the organization of the Event together with its affiliated companies or any other person involved in the organization of the event, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, representatives and entrepreneurs, for any personal injury, death, damage or loss of any nature which the ticket holder may suffer, sustain or cause as a result of his presence at the event.
