Information regarding art. 13 of the

 settlement (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council

Dear Madam / Mister,

Santa Monica s.p.a., with headquarters in Misano Adriatico (RN), via Daijiro Kato, n. 10, VAT number and C.F. 00378530406, as Data Controller, wishes to inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the “Regulation”), needs to proceed with the processing of the data provided by you to allow participation in the event.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

Personal data and possibly also those belonging to particular categories collected by Santa Monica s.p.a., will be processed exclusively to allow access to the facility and for the prevention of contagion from Covid-19.
The legal basis on which this treatment is based is the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject and obligations regarding labor law and social security, referred to in articles 6 c) and 9 b) of the Regulation. (implementation of anti-contagion security protocols). For all other purposes, the use of the data can only be made with the consent of the interested party to be explicitly collected.

PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller intends to keep your personal data for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in any case for the purposes set out in Paragraph 3, it will not exceed the term of 30 (thirty) days following the Event.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The data processed will not be disclosed to third parties unless requested by the authorities responsible for health and public safety control. In any case, subjects who can access them by virtue of the law provided for by the law of the European Union or that of the Member State to which the Data Controller is subject may become aware of your data, in relation to the processing purposes set out above. , such as the health and police authorities.
Your personal data may also be disclosed to our employees previously designated as an authorized person or as a System Administrator.
Your data, in order to allow your access to the Exhibition and to fulfill the above requests and obligations, will be processed, managed and stored by the ticketing system used by the company TicketOne SpA based in Via Vittor Pisani, 19 – 20124 Milan (cf 12471480157) which, for these purposes, assumes the role of data processing manager.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The Data Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries.

ANY AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES

The Data Controller does not intend to use automated decision-making processes, including profiling. The Data Controller may use the data for automated decision-making processes, including profiling, only with the express authorization granted by the interested party.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION

The provision of your personal data for the purposes referred to in Paragraph 3 is mandatory, failure to provide it does not allow access to the Plant and / or the Event. If, on the date of the Exhibition, the provision of your data is no longer mandatory for access, you can opt out of providing them, you can request cancellation if already provided and in any case, we point out that they will be deleted within the terms indicated in the Paragraph “Personal data retention period”.

propose a complaint to a supervisory authority or take the appropriate judicial offices, if you believe that the treatment that concerns you violates the European Regulation.
