Prato 1 = meadow next to the Kart track, with visibility on the Tramonto turns, Straight variant.
Grandstand A + Paddock = Covered grandstand with numbered seats and Giant Screen – turn Carro, turn Misano + Paddock area.
Grandstand B + Paddock = Covered grandstand with numbered seats and Giant Screen – turn Carro, turn Misano + Paddock area.
Grandstand C + Paddock = Covered grandstand with numbered seats with big screen – Curva del Carro + Paddock area.
Central Grandstand Start + Paddock = Numbered covered grandstand with big screen – Start, finish line, pit lane + Paddock area.
Paddock + Prato 2 = Access to the Paddock area, Prato 2 – turn Quercia and turn del Tramonto entrance.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1) Entrance and stay at the racetrack
a) Entry and stay at the facility is subject to compliance with the laws in force on the date of the Event and the following General Purchase Conditions. It is strongly recommended to periodically consult the website www.misanocircuit.com on the page dedicated to the event and the related web-app downloadable from the site itself, for all specific information on access to the Circuit.
b) Control to access the racetrack will be carried out by means of barcode readers. It will be possible to exit and re-enter the circuit up to a maximum of two times, beyond this limit the ticket will be invalidated. In order to re-enter the facility, it is essential to have the ticket enabled when exiting.
c) It is mandatory to keep the ticket for the entire duration of the event.
d) The ticket holder will be limited to accessing the areas indicated on the ticket itself. Each grandstand ticket will have a numbered seat and pre-assigned on the ticket itself. The Paddock + Meadow Circular Ticket will allow free movement between the two sectors, limited to their respective capacities. The ticket including PADDOCK will allow access to the PADDOCK excluding the reserved areas. Entry to the racetrack is permitted starting from 07:30 of each day, exit from the racetrack must take place by 19:30 of each single day.
e) Only pedestrian access is permitted inside the racetrack (without vehicles) and overnight stays inside are not permitted.
f) It is absolutely forbidden to fence and delimit. It is forbidden to gather in areas not specifically referable to the ticket itself.
g) It is not possible to set up tents, gazebos and structures of any kind and in any case to camp and it is absolutely forbidden to bring animals.
h) It is absolutely forbidden to bring glass containers (bottles, glasses, etc.) or material considered dangerous for the safety of people.
i) It is absolutely forbidden to bring any type of Drone and its relative use into the racetrack.
l) The event times will be available on the website www.misanocircuit.com on the dedicated page by downloading the “event program”.

2) Reduced 1st period
All purchases made by 02/28/2025 will be entitled to the reduced 1st period, the earlier you buy the less you spend (see price column above).

3) Reduced 2nd period
All purchases made by 05/15/2025 will be entitled to the reduced 1st period, the earlier you buy the less you spend (see price column above).

4) Pink Reduced dedicated to women
Women are entitled to the reduced Pink entrance in all sectors. The reduced Pink cannot be combined with other promotions and is applicable only to the price list in the various periods.

5) Reduced FM/U16/FO applied to the following types of public
a) Members of the Italian Motorcycling Federation (FMI) and members of the Sammarinese Motorcycling Federation (FSM), upon presentation of a valid nominative membership card and an identification document, both at the time of purchase and upon entry to the racetrack.
b) Law enforcement agencies (Carabinieri, State Police, Guardia di Finanza, Forestry Police, Army) upon presentation of the membership card and an identification document both at the time of purchase and upon entry to the racetrack.
c) Minors born in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 upon presentation of an identity document, which must also be shown upon entry to the circuit.
d) Holders of a disability between 34% and 73%, upon presentation of the official document certifying the disability both at the time of purchase and at the time of entry to the racetrack together with the identity document.
The holder of the FM/U16/FO Reduced ticket who does not meet the requirements or is unable to show the documentation referred to in the previous points a), b), c), d) will not be able to access the racetrack unless he or she has obtained a “full” ticket. The reduced price cannot be combined with other promotions and is applicable only to the price list in the various periods.

6) Family promotion for children 0-12
Minors born after 1 January 2013, if accompanied by an adult who holds the ticket, will be able to use the reduced child 0-12 ticket at €1.00 per day, subject to availability. For greater clarity, the Family promotion gives the possibility of combining each adult ticket with a single reduced child 0-12 ticket. The family promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and is applicable only to the price list in the various periods. Upon entry to the racetrack, it is necessary to present an identity document of the minor.

7) Free Pit Walk with the Central Stand + Paddock 3-day season ticket
With the Central Stand + Paddock 3-day season ticket, you can also access the “pit walk” for free on the days and at the times that will be shown on the official race program.
It should be noted that the “pit walk” is not a paid service but an additional service provided free of charge without any increase in the price of the ticket, therefore for any changes in time or cancellations no type of refund can be provided.

8) Reduced Difference Ticket
Ticket holders will only be able to access the sectors shown on the ticket itself. If access to any other sectors is available, they can purchase the relative reduced difference ticket at the internal ticket offices of the Circuit. It should be noted that the Reduced Difference ticket will not be valid for external entrances, but will be valid exclusively for accessing the sectors indicated on the ticket itself from inside the circuit.

9) Areas equipped for disabled people
Points equipped to accommodate disabled people will be set up, subject to availability. The person with a disability percentage of 74% or more will be able to access the circuit free of charge after registering on the website www.misanocircuit.com on the page dedicated to the event, then presenting the official document certifying the disability together with the identity card, when entering the circuit. Free access for the companion will be allowed only if the disability certificate provides for accompaniment.

10) Ticket refunds
Tickets will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of the event due to force majeure or after the start of the event itself. The start of the event means the first entry onto the track of the drivers foreseen in the daily program, regardless of the category. If due to provisions of the authority responsible for public order or health surveillance the event is cancelled, or held partially or entirely without the presence of the public, the ticket will be refunded in accordance with current legislation. If the event is postponed to a new date, tickets already purchased will remain valid or a refund may be requested, always in accordance with current legislation. Any refund will be made exclusively for the amount of the ticket, excluding pre-sales fees, commissions, shipping costs, VAT if due to the tax authorities, etc., etc. Furthermore, Santa Monica S.p.A. is not responsible for any other claims, direct and indirect damages and losses incurred resulting from the cancellation/postponement of the event. In the event of a refund, the customer must keep the ticket and follow the instructions that will be published on the website www.misanocircuit.com and on the website of the ticketing circuit where the purchase was made or, where possible, communicated directly to the ticket holder. In no case will the ticket be refunded on the same day of the event at the circuit box offices.
