PREFACE
These tests are carried out only in the days Saturdays and Sundays, not occupied by races and/or business events. With a magnetic card (transponder) provided by us you can enter the track, where round duration depends on the demand. The total time spent on the track determines the cost according to the rate table described below.

HOW TO BOOK
The following calendar shows the dates scheduled for the current year.
If a date is available (green or orange), click on this and follow the procedure to complete the reservation.
An email will reach you automatically confirming the reservation, together with the main instructions to participate at the event.
Please, look at the color scheme to understand the status of each date.
The available dates are the highlighted ones only.
No phone, email, fax reservations, or other method are accepted, but the procedure proposed here.
The free practice for cars (which take place in the latter part of the event) are not requested to be reserved.
This schedule may be subject to changes which will be announced on this website and/or newsletter.

PENALTIES
Your reservation is free of charge and limited number of attenders, so that Misano World Circuit can estimate the final partecipation.
However, not all the reservations are always respected, and this has a negative impact on the expectation.
Much more important factor is that this behavior denies the reservation to who really is willing to participate.
Therefore, the system adopts a penalty mechanism to that is designed to empower users who confirm reservations.
The system will record the actual attendance, thus assigning a point penalty for each failure.
Collecting 2 penalties you will suffer a "pit-stop" where you can not make the reservations for a certain period of time, and also further other reservations falling within this period will be deleted.
Please note that until the day before the event, you can cancel or give your obligation (eg. by Friday if the event is on Saturday).

PROCEDURE
Once in the circuit, box office report and deliver the form Accountability you will get filled in automatically at the end of the booking process.
You must release his license valid for driving the vehicle that moves on the track, and € 30.00 as a deposit for the withdrawal of the transponder.

A 3 minutes tolerance will be applied to the total collected score.

Motorbikes : from 9.00 to 16.15
Cars : from 16:15 to 17:00 circa (depending on attendance amount)

Spring / Summer
Motorbikes : from 9.00 to 17.45
Cars : from 17:45 to 18:30 circa (depending on attendance amount)
