Media accreditation procedure
All media requests of accreditation must be send by e-mail or by fax and addressed to:

· Requests should be made on the headed paper of the publication/photo agency or freelancer requesting accreditation and must be signed by the Chief Editor (where applicable).
· The deadline for accreditations is the Monday of the week in which the event takes place. No requests will be accepted after this deadline.
· Requests must include the name(s) of the person(s) that will cover the event specifying whether it is a journalist or a photographer and a copy of his/her professional card (if applicable).
· Details of the publication (national, regional or local, circulation and so on) should be given, and in case of photoagencies or freelancers they must give details of publications they work for.
· In case the publication had been accredited the previous year it is advisable to include copies of articles with and/or photos published the previous year.
· A contact e-mail and telephone number should be mentioned.
